Key Person System
We operate a key person system, where your child has a designated practitioner allocated to them. This provides your child with the opportunity to create positive relationships and be placed in a group best suited to their age and development needs.
The provides a personal approach, tailoring learning, and care to suit each child’s individual needs.
We have a high staff to child ratio and all our staff are DBS checked fully trained childcare practitioners, as well as certified in paediatric first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene.
Ratios
When considering admissions, we are mindful of staff: child ratios, the number of age groups we have as well as the respective facilities available at each of our nurseries, this is to ensure we comply with the requirements set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
